Jet Mixing

For liquids that need mixing without oxygen, the same jet technology runs without air. A single external recirculation pump drives liquid through the nozzles at high velocity, entraining the surrounding tank contents to keep solids suspended and the basin fully turned over, no blower, no air piping, and no moving parts in the tank.

How It Works

Suction and Discharge

Fluid enters the suction side of the jet recirculation pump and discharged through the primary jet nozzle.

Air enters the secondary jet nozzles and is sheered by the high velocity fluid from the primary nozzle.

The high-velocity jet breaks the air into fine bubbles, maximizing oxygen transfer into the wastewater.
