Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane filtration systems are a popular water treatment choice for many of our clients. The systems rely on semipermeable membranes to remove organics, bacteria, viruses, cations, anions producing a high quality permeate that can be used for product makeup and reuse. RO Systems provide a rapid return on investment thanks to the ability to reuse the permeate in a variety of applications.
Each bioSPINARO™ reverse osmosis system is designed using proprietary membrane projection software to ensure a robust and long-lasting solution. bioSPINARO™ systems are custom designed to supply the desired permeate quality while minimizing the concentrate (reject) volume and energy consumption. Systems are skid mounted to steel frames and functionally tested in our fabrication facility prior to shipment. They are provided complete with all pretreatment equipment, chemical metering systems to maximize filtration cycles, permeate quality as well as a membrane Clean-In-Place (CIP) assembly. Each system is fully automated using Allen Bradley PLC’s and integrated controls with remote monitoring and control capabilities. bioprocessH2O provides startup, operator training and ongoing technical support to ensure efficient treatment and system longevity.
