The MBR wastewater systems are designed for a wide variety of municipal and industrial waste streams capable of providing high quality effluent for water reuse applications.

Containerized Moving Bed Biofilm Reactors

Our containerized MBR wastewater systems are designed and fabricated using epoxy coated carbon or stainless steel tanks that are fabricated to integrate the entire treatment system. This configuration provides for “plug and play” that minimizes installation costs, allows for quick startup and are simple to operate and maintain. The bioPAC membranes are robust and allow for high mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) concentrations which minimizes system footprint and biological sludge production while producing superior water quality. Our bioPAC MBR equipment packages are built with fully-automated PLC based electrical control systems to ensure ease of operation, reduce maintenance requirements and allow for remote monitoring.
