Fabrication & Design

The bioFAS™ MBBR Pilot System is constructed on a robust 304 Stainless Steel skid, measuring approximately 7’ wide by 8’ long.

Its design includes a ~950-gallon MBBR chamber, a high-efficiency VFD-driven feed pump and blower, and a chemical feed module for precise control. The system's design philosophy emphasizes flexibility, durability, and ease of operation, making it ideal for testing a range of biological treatment scenarios.
