Sales Manager

Looking for a highly motivated individual that has extensive experience in selling wastewater treatment technology (preferably membrane bioreactor (MBR) systems in the municipal market). The Sales Manager position will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities include management of the sales representatives in the municipal market, meeting sales goals, meet with consulting engineers, conducting seminars to educate and train reps, attend trade shows and conferences and develop a strong market presence in the municipal market. Compensation is very competitive with great benefits package.

Sales and Marketing Assistant

This person should have a positive “CAN DO” attitude and be able to work in a small team atmosphere as well as individually to get time sensitive, deadline driven projects launched and completed in a timely fashion. Position will work closely with sales and marketing team, on all projects and communications. Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once and have strong organizational and communication skills.

• Provide general support to our Sales and Marketing Department
• Assist with the preparation of marketing and business development materials
• Assist with web site content management
• Assist with trade shows and conferences
• Maintain appropriate sales and marketing collateral
• Assist with any Market research Be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs
• Produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing

Prior experience in a marketing department is required. This position is part time ~20 hours per week, so flexible hours (between 8 and 5) can be accommodated.
